"Mail not delivered."

We moved our business from Bicester to Waddesdon back in september so expected a week or so for mail to be directed to us but now having been here for over 4 months we don't seem to be getting the majority of our mail at all. Tried phoning Royal Mail Aylesbury to find out why and one number doesn't even get answered and the 0844 number just sends you round in circles. Royal Mail please sort this ASAP as the mail we are missing is urgent to our business.
